A home evaluation is a report that is prepared by one of our Real Estate Professionals which compares your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report will be homes currently for sale through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and possibly For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and homes recently sold through the MLS and FSBO. It is NOT an appraisal, merely an estimate of value based on features and condition of your home compared to other homes in your area.

We offer a free home evaluation so you can find out how much your home may be worth in today's real estate market. Please provide us with the following information about the property you are selling and we will either mail or e-mail you the report and will make ourselves available to review the report and answer any questions you may have.

It is important to understand that this is an initial analysis based on currently available data and a pricing decision should not be based on this alone. You should always have a Realtor or licensed appraiser view your property in order to get a more accurate opinion.
